  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days but is only Available in Delhi NCR region for an additional cost of ₹150.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or holiday periods.

Shipping Process

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier's website.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for delivery across India at an additional cost of ₹200, except for selected pin codes. We kindly request you to check your COD eligibility at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@srjanaindia.com with your order number and details.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please report any lost or damaged packages within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or issues.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
