We currently do not accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Exchange
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges will ONLY be accepted in cases of size-related issues, color change requests, or delivery of a damaged/incorrect product. In the above-mentioned cases, you may return the item in the exact same condition as it was received (unworn, with original packaging intact).
Exchange Options
You may exchange the product for the same item in a different size or color. Alternatively, you can exchange it for another product, provided that the new product is of the same price or higher.
Payment for Higher-Priced Exchange
If you choose to exchange your product for an item of higher value, our exchange team will send you a secure payment link. Once the payment is successfully completed, we will proceed with your exchange, and the new product will be shipped within 2-3 working days.
Exchange Process
- Reach out to us on sales@srjanaindia.com within 10 days of receipt of the order.
- In order for your exchange request to be accepted, your email should include the reason for the exchange, details of the product you want to exchange, details of the order(order no.) , along with the size or colour you want. In case of damaged/incorrect product, kindly include a photograph of the product as well.
- Once we receive your email, we will take 24-48 hours to get back to you.
- Once approved, Srjana’s return & exchange team will arrange for the collection of the product.
- Upon receiving the item, we will check for any signs of damage and usage of the product.
- Upon approval of the exchange request, the Srjana’s return and exchange team will process the exchange and dispatch the order within 2-3 Days.
Exchange Timeline
The exchange request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We appreciate your cooperation and are here to assist you with any queries.
One-Time Free Exchange
Please note that the exchange process is free of charge only once per order. Any additional exchanges may be subject to applicable charges.
No Exchange will be given in the following cases
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Change of mind, personal aesthetic choices, or personal fit issues that are not defect-related.
