We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the effects of lighting during photography.

At Srjana we prioritise high quality, breathable fabrics and most of our collections are crafted from 100% cotton, chanderi, linen, cotton flex, and cotton slub to ensure comfort and durability.

The washing instructions vary based on the textile and craftsmanship of each piece. Our pure cotton products are machine washable, while printed cottons can also be gently washed at home. However, delicate fabrics like chanderi and linen are best dry-cleaned to maintain their texture and finish. For pieces with intricate embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning to preserve the details. If you need specific care instructions for a product, we’d be happy to guide you.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns. However, we would be happy to exchange your order within 10 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in its original and unused condition with all packaging intact.

  1. Reach out to us on sales@srjanaindia.com within 10 days of receipt of the order.
  2. In order for your exchange request to be accepted, your email should include the reason for the exchange, details of the product you want to exchange, details of the order (order no.), along with the size or colour you want. In case of damaged/incorrect product, kindly include a photograph of the product as well.
  3. Once we receive your email, we will take 24-48 hours to get back to you.
  4. Once approved, Srjana’s return & exchange team will arrange for the collection of the product.
  5. Upon receiving the item, we will check for any signs of damage and usage of the product.
  6. Upon approval of the exchange request, the Srjana’s return and exchange team will process the exchange and dispatch the order within 2-3 Days.

The exchange process typically takes 6-8 days. This includes the time required for pickup, quality inspection, and shipping of the exchanged item. We strive to complete the process as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Yes, you may exchange your product for a different style. However, please note that the new style must be of the same price or higher. If the chosen product is of a higher value, our team will provide you with a secure payment link to complete the difference. Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange.

We do not accept returns for gifts. However, if the gift you received is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange. Please ensure that the product is in its original and unused condition with all packaging intact.

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery with an additional charge of ₹50.

Yes! We offer free express shipping on orders above ₹9,999. However, express shipping on orders below ₹9,999 is chargeable at ₹150.

It depends on the delivery method you choose during the checkout. If you choose standard delivery, your order will take 5-7 business days to deliver, while with express shipping, it takes 2-4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier's website.

You can choose to pay via credit card, debit card, wallet, UPI, or net banking. You can also place an order for Cash on Delivery which costs an additional ₹50
