Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer express delivery, but please be aware that SRJANA INDIA will not be held liable if there may be delays due to any unavoidable situation that may arise, which may affect the delivery of your order.

DELIVERY

Depending on the outfit ordered, the product will be delivered in 15-25 days. Please contact us for urgent deliveries or questions. Please keep in mind that deliveries may be delayed if we do not receive the following information on time:

1. No complete payment has been received
2. Incorrect/inadequate address information
3. Measurements
4. There has been no response from the customer.

Please keep in mind that we make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you on time. We have partnered with several third-party vendors in order to expedite our process. However, we accept no responsibility for delays caused by third parties.

SHIPPING

We ship all over the world. All shipping within India is free of charge and is entirely borne by us. However, international shipping charges will be added and calculated based on the weight and volume of the product as well as the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping costs will be disclosed upon request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are in addition to any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. Most countries levy duties on imported items at the port of entry, and the amount varies depending on the

destination country and the products imported. The applicable duties and taxes must be paid directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery.

PRODUCTS SHIPMENT

All orders are processed in our Noida warehouse. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase.

PACKAGE FOR TRACKING

We will email you your tracking number and shipping agency information once your order has been shipped. By entering your assigned order tracking number, you can track the status of your order on the shipping agent's website.

DELIVERY UNAVAILABILITY

Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code, as well as a mobile phone number. This will allow us to deliver your order more quickly. Please keep in mind that orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for refunds/repeat fulfillment/credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) for shipping to India, as well as Net Banking options from major banks, UPI, and Wallets.

At the moment, there is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

We accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) for all international transactions.
