RETURN & EXCHANGE

Srjana India strives to make every transaction on our website as simple as possible. We deliver our products with great care and adhere to the highest quality standards.All shipping within India is free of charge and is entirely borne by us. However, international shipping charges will be added and calculated based on the weight and volume of the product as well as the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping costs will be disclosed upon request.

Domestic & International Orders

Our garments are all made to order and handcrafted especially for you. When you place an order, we assume you agree to our terms and conditions. We do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed. However, in case of alterations, we will gladly assist you. Returns and exchanges are only permitted if the product was delivered incorrectly, i.e. the product did not match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fufill your order with the same or similar product after reviewing the wrong delivery/quality/manufacturing defect within a specific time frame (see Customer Care below)

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole right to resolve any situation as we see fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on an individual basis and we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care for prompt resolution.Under any other circumstances, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Customers are asked to verify and review order(s) of textiles/garments/objects, including colours, sizes, quantities, and so on, before placing the order.

There will be no refunds if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our shipping agency makes three failed delivery attempts, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
Purchases made during sales/discounts are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please inspect any merchandise before accepting delivery to ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. If you receive a package that you believe was damaged in transit, please keep it, until our insurance adjuster comes to inspect the damage.

Furthermore, instead of signing the delivery receipt as ’received,' please include information about the damaged merchandise.

Taxes and Duty

The displayed product prices are the maximum retail price. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis for international deliveries, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are in; payment of these at the time of delivery is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
